SHIPPING & RETURNS

How does your 30-day trial work?

We want you to find the travel essentials that best fit the way you travel.        Here's how it works: If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of your delivery in perfect, unused condition complete with original packaging and invoice. We will be happy to refund you the original price of the item or send you an exchange. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

If you decide that your new product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 30 days of your purchase—no ifs, ands, or buts. 

  • Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damaged claims may be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. (info@TravelFormandFunction.com).
  • All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s).
  • All personalized items are made to order so, unfortunately, these orders do not have a 30-day trial and cannot be returned or exchanged—but their usual warranties still apply.
  •  Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank account to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

When exactly will I receive my order?

Your order will ship from the warehouse usually in 1 business day. Once your order leaves the warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping area. Most orders ( unless specifically noted on product page ) will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

If you’ve ordered a customized item, it will take a bit longer to deliver. Be sure to check out the customized product ship time estimates on their product page for details on delivery timelines.

Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.

 

 How do I make a return?

It’s easy—head to our Contact page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Where does Travel: Form + Function ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the contiguous U.S. Our goal is to bring Travel: Form + Function to the whole world, so if you're interested in International shipping please send us an email at info@TravelFormandFunction.com and let us know what country you’d like us to ship to and we can discuss shipping costs and associated fees.

 

Can Travel: Form + Function ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Due to costs on air shipping, we are currently unable to send any products to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you are interested in shipping to these places send us an email at: info@TravelFormandFunction.com and we can discuss shipping costs and associated fees.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders $100 and over shipping to the contiguous US. We offer a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $5.99 on all orders under $100 to the contiguous US.

 

ORDER QUESTIONS

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships. 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Travel: Form + Function promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy $100 or more. Other offers advertised without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.

  

WARRANTY

Do your suitcases have a warranty?

Yes— Most of our Mobile Edge pieces are warrantied for life! You will find the individual product warranties for each product on each product page. If you have any further questions, shoot us a message at: Info@TravelFormandFunction.com

 

Which Carry-On fits the airlines?

They all do. Here’s the story:

All of our Carry-Ons fly on (almost) any plane, anywhere, anytime.

* Standard carry-on limit  for (most) airlines is  22" x 14" x 10"

All of our Carry-Ons comply with this standard which is why they should fit the overhead compartment bin of these airlines, no problem.

 

Will I still be able to carry on either Expandable Carry-On when expanded?

When they aren’t expanded, you’ll have no problem bringing our Carry-On pieces with you on most airlines. These products were designed to expand an additional 1.75” - 2" so that you can bring even more with you—but depending on how much you pack, they may not meet airline carry-on size requirements when expanded to full size.

 

Will I be able to check your Medium or Large Luggage when expanded?

Yes—you can check both Medium and Large ( 24" - 28" ) suitcases when expanded, however depending on how much you pack in the 28", some airlines may consider it oversized. If you’re planning to bring the 28" with you on your next trip, we recommend checking the size regulations of your airline to confirm!

 

CUSTOMIZATION

Can I return or exchange my customized items?

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply.

In fact, before we sold a single piece, we formed a partnership with MAF, Mission Aviation Fellowship, a Christian non-profit organization that for over 70 years, has used aviation and technology to reach isolated people around the world with the love of Jesus. MAF partners with hundreds of other churches and organizations to reach people who would otherwise be unreachable—bringing life-saving medical care, food, doctors, aid workers, missionaries, disaster relief, community development, and more to some of the most remote places on the planet.  This means if you’ve bought anything from Travel: Form + Function—whether a suitcase or a fanny pack—you’ve contributed, too!
