Shop Policy



All products in our store include free shipping to the U.S. on purchases over $100 unless expedited shipping is desired. Please contact us for price estimates on expedited shipping. Though shipping times usually take between 3-5 business days, for those that take longer, an estimated time frame is stated for each of those individual items in its description page. Some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S., so please contact us if you would like to discuss International shipping options at:

Any delivery dates provided by Travel Form + Function are estimates. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, as products are ready.

We will send you an email when your order has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you may review your order and shipping information by clicking on “View Order”. If you checked out as a Guest, you may click on the provided link to visit our store to login to see your account history.

All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please make certain to ship to a secure location, as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.

 PLEASE NOTE: Customers pay for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country. We do not mark items as “gifts” and put the true value of the item so that if your item is lost or damaged, we can create a claim with our carrier service.

Holiday Shipping: We will ship for Christmas delivery on orders received through December 15th. Orders received after December 15th may not be able to arrive by Christmas.



If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of your delivery in perfect, unused condition complete with original packaging and invoice. We will be happy to refund you the original price of the item or send you an exchange. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. The returned item's re-shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damaged claims may be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. (
  • All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s).
  •  Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank account to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
